The resume below outlines some of the work I have be grateful to be a part of since 2020. Not included are previous service industry jobs, public speaking coach and consultant for a university, serving board member for a national LLC, and several positions in youth ministry that taught me how to be professional, poised, and always learning.
I love a challenge and see change as fundamental to growth. I would consider my greatest strength my intelligence–I am always willing to learn a new skill, find an expert, and apply it to any situation for the desired outcome. My greatest weakness finds itself in eagerness. If you are excited about a project, I am too! I have trained myself through tasks like Dallas Startup Week and board service to understand the dynamic between what is urgent and what is important, and have learned to prioritize well to counteract this weakness.
