During my time at The DEC Network, I was individually responsible for all graphic design and marketing across the company. The biggest event of the year was Dallas Startup Week (now called DFW Startup Week).
We used social media to announce event dates, special activations, 200+speakers, and communicate any schedule changes as needed.
During the event week, I was responsible for coordinating photo and video vendors, posting to socials during and after each day of the conference, and analyzing performance to understand what performed best.
